What is your bag and cooler policy?Outside coolers, glass containers, and large bags are not permitted inside the waterpark. While small bags and personal items are allowed, they must be kept within your designated area. For your convenience, lockers are available for rent to securely store your valuables. Please note that coolers are not allowed inside the park, but you're welcome to enjoy a picnic in our designated dry-side areas.

Are there any age or height restrictions for the rides?Yes, certain rides have age and height restrictions for safety reasons. Please refer to the ride guidelines posted at each attraction and on our website.

Is there a dress code?Proper swimwear is required. Swimsuits with metal buttons, zippers, or other hardware are not allowed on the slides. Rash guards and swim shirts are permitted. Children must wear approved swim diaper.

Are lockers available?Yes, lockers are available for rent. We recommend securing your valuables, as the waterpark is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Do you offer group rates or birthday party packages?Yes, we offer special rates for groups and have a variety of birthday party packages. Check out our Parties page for more information.

Is there a lost and found?Yes. If you lose an item, please report it to the nearest lifeguard.

Are life jackets available?Yes, complimentary life jackets are available throughout the park. We encourage all non-swimmers and children under 48 inches to wear them.

What are your safety and sanitation measures?We prioritize guest safety and hygiene. Our waterpark is regularly cleaned, and water quality is maintained to the highest standards. Lifeguards are stationed at all attractions, and first aid is available on-site.

Can I leave and re-enter the park on the same day?Yes, re-entry is allowed with a wristband.

Are there any accommodations for guests with disabilities?Yes, we strive to make our park accessible to all guests. Please ask upon entry.

Is smoking allowed in the waterpark?Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes and vaping devices, is only allowed in designated smoking areas. These areas are located outside the waterpark for your convenience.

Can I bring my pet?Pets are not allowed inside the waterpark, with the exception of service animals.

What should I do if there's bad weather?For the safety of our guests, some attractions may close temporarily during severe weather. We do not offer refunds for inclement weather but will provide rain checks in certain circumstances.

Are towels provided?Towels are not provided. We recommend bringing your own beach or pool towel or purchase one at our gift shop.

I can’t find someone in my group. What should I do?If you cannot locate someone in your group, please report to the nearest lifeguard immediately. They can assist in searching for the missing person and coordinate with park staff to help you.

What items are restricted inside the waterpark?Restricted items include glass containers, coolers, alcohol, fireworks, pets (except service animals), rafts, and any items that could pose a safety risk. For a complete list of restricted items, contact Guest Services.

Is there parking available?Yes, we offer free on-site parking.

Are past years day passes still good?We’re happy to accept Day Passes from the previous year (2023) as rain checks. Please note that these passes are valid through June of the following year (2024). Season Passes are not eligible for this offer—only the Day Passes we issue as rain checks will be accepted.

Can I bring my own tube or raft?For safety reasons, only baby tubes are permitted. Rafts and regular tubes are not allowed. Our tubes are available for free use.
